The Old Board Inn is located in the market town of Hawes, Upper Wensleydale, in the centre of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Perfect for a short relaxing break or as a base for exploring the many attractions within the National Park. We offer En-suite and budget accommodation.Hawes: At the heart of the Yorkshire Dales the market town of Hawes can be found. Hawes has many, pubs and cafes as well alternative art and craft shops. It also has its own National Park Centre providing information on Northern section of the Yorkshire Dales. Hawes is most famous for producing Wensleydale Cheese (Wallace and Grommet fame) from local Wensleydale Cows. The Rope works and the Dales Countryside museum are also well worth a visit.The Old Board Inn has 4 double and 1 single rooms located on the first floor. All of which have been completely renovated over the winter 2009-10 period.It is our aim that you feel at home at the Board and not an imposition. Breakfast is served from 0800am to 0930am. Meals are served from noon till 3pm and 6pm to 9pm. If your arrival time will be after 9pm please contact us 24 hrs before to book a late meal. WIFI is available through out the pub. Washing and drying facilities are available. Pets are welcome with well behaved owners.
